Golf Swing Tip - Squash A Can

Here is a simple transition thought that will enable you to use the ground forces and correct body movement for maximum distance.

As you approach the top of your swing, feel like you squash a can under your left foot to start the downswing, this brings you back into flexion, which in turn allows you to extend through the ball.

Pushing out of the ground from the top leads to pre-extension, stalling the rotation and causes flipping.
