Sabotage - destroy - obstruct

Do these words sound familiar when describing your golf game? You had a good round going, and you ended up not playing to your handicap?

It can happen, even the best players in the world struggle, and this is why they are always talking about getting into FLOW to avoid being focused on the outcome on the other end of the spectrum.

" In positive psychology, a flow state, also known colloquially as being in the zone, is the mental state in which a person performing some activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. " Wikipedia

Did you know before it was flow, as mentioned it was called the zone, but before it was called the zone it was known as being graceful.

"Graceful: having or showing grace or elegance. Dictionary"

In any definition it relates to staying relaxed, staying in the present, sticking to routines, and avoiding at all costs getting tense and feeling rushed.

I heard Tiger Woods say when he is coming down the stretch; he feels everything get slower.
